Hi, my name is Roxy, I’m 3 years old and I weigh 30.70 kg.

I’m a German Shepherd looking for a new family! I am a sensitive lady who has difficulty with grooming, a behavioral groomer will certainly be able to help my future family.

I need to be introduced to new people, as I can be nervous around strangers. Once the introductions are made, I know I know these people! I have a sweet tooth which will help with my positive reinforcement training. The shelter has a list of dog trainers who can help you work with me! I’m a pretty, affectionate lady who also loves to play! It’s important that I get enough exercise, both mentally and physically. If I’m sufficiently exercised, it will be easier for you to work on my behavior because I’ll be more focused. I’m reactive to other dogs so that’s one more thing to work on, to make it more pleasant for everyone on the walks. A harness with front attachment, treats and expert advice will help you work with me. To ensure the safety of humans and animals during my rehabilitation, my future family will have to train me to wear a muzzle.

As far as my health is concerned, I’m having some pain in my hips which will need to be followed up in the future. I love to perform tricks, I do the sit, down and paw to perfection. I’d love to learn more from you!
