The person assigned to this position acts as technical support to users. Elle agit à titre de premier répondant pour les demandes de base des usagers. She takes care of equipment updates and drafting basic terms of use for the platforms used.

He (she) is under the responsibility of the Director – Administrative Services.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Support employees in resolving IT-related problems;
• Perform support coordination and follow up on tickets to the supplier;
• Gérez les droits d’accès à l’aide des outils requis ;
• Ensure the preparation, configuration and deployment of all new equipment (software, operating system, hardware and telephony) as well as their upgrade;
• Coordinate with our subcontractors the resolution of incidents and delivery of services;
• Produce and present progress and/or indicator reports as needed;
• Participate in the writing of application usage procedures;
• Participate in planning the development of various forms and workflow.

REQUIRED PROFILE

• DEC/certificate or equivalent training in IT
• 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Ease of popularizing computer concepts
• Good judgment and great attention to detail
• Analytical mind
• Priority management and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
• Bilingual English and French

TIMETABLE AND PLACE OF WORK

37.5h/week from Monday to Friday, Maternity leave replacement.

You will work mainly at the Boucherville branch with the possibility of occasional telecommuting.
